Subject: Help with FDC

I can make images of BBC disks for use on my PC using FDC without any
problems.  What I want to do is transfer some things to my real BBC.  When I
use FDC it seems to write to the disk Ok, but when I try to read it on my BBC
it pauses for a few seconds and then reports a drive fault.  The disk can be
read back into the PC without problems but not on a real BBC.

I once managed to read the catalouge of the a disk I had written but nothing
on the disk would run.

Is this due to my disk controller or is it something else?

Any help apreciated.
