Subject: Timings for screen rerfeshes

Hi All!

I'm altering my emulator to do split mode/palette screens
"properly" by building the screen up a line at a time.
Any pointers to the following would be appreciated:

1) How long does it take for the 6845 to draw each line?

2) When exactly does the vsync interrupt occur, and is this
afftected by the setting of the VIA's peripheral control
register?
