Subject: More tape decoding.

Would any of you emulator authors be interested in supporting a raw tape bit
stream data format? With this, you would be able to run just about any
tape-based program (protected or not) in your emulator. The format would
include every start and stop bit, complete with headers and
synchronization bytes, we could even add the exact timing between blocks.
Outputting such a format is a quick hack away in my tape decoding utility
- I guess it is more complicated for your emulators.

(My point is that I want to play Knight Lore again, but it has this
*long* data block which is not standard. ;-)
