Subject: Xbeeb v0.3 is released

Xbeeb v0.3 is released today.  There are many new features including
better bitmapped MODE support, better DFS emulation, better CPU emulation,
emulation of undocumented opcodes, an alpha sound implementation for
VoxWare under Linux and lots, lots more.
