Subject: Sound support

I'm currently adding sound support to my emulator, and am having some
problems. I've got limited sound going; no volume change yet, but Zalaga
sounds pretty good. (No luck with Repton 2's speech though...)

I can handle the note channels -- they're easy enough -- but I'm a bit
stuck on the noise channel. I don't have a real Beeb with me, so I can't
check, but what kind of noises should I be looking for? Maybe that sounds
a bit silly, but any pointers as to relative pitches and general 'sound'
(bang, whoosh, tone, etc -- this sounds weird already!) would be helpful.
