Subject: rbeebwin sources

My patched versions of the sources for BeebWin 0.04 are now available
from my emulators page.  My patches provides a proper aspect ratio, a
nicer mode 7 font, a working backspace key, and it's optimized for speed
by the compiler.  The shources should have been there all along - sorry
for taking so long.
