Subject: BBC Elite and BBCIM

Could anyone please help by either sending me 

(a) A working version of BBC Elite, I am using Tom Seddon's emulator. I 
have downloaded Elite.bbc from the emulator page, but the boot option is 
set to 4,0 and cannot *RUN !Boot. If anyone knows the answer to this 
problem PLEASE HELP!

(b) I also require a pre-compiled version of BBCIM V0.83 to run under 
Windows 3.11 as I do not have access to a C compiler.
