Subject: Castle Quest

The rather excellent DOS beeb emulator by T.Seddon runs the classic Castle
Quest well;  my friend and I can't remember how to complete it though! We
are at the stage where we have the wand. I seem to remember having to
throw it at some wall somewhere to complete the game...? There are also
two yellow guards lying around who seem to fulfil no purpose.. 

Any clever people remember how its done?
