Maybe you're using an old version of DCONV? Support for Watford images
was incorporated only into the latest version (AFAIK).
Alternatively, you might want to give Wouter Scholten's utilities a go.
bbcim-0.92.zip can be found on my pages, and you need to compile it
yourself. For DOS/Windows, you'll need to go through the source and
make sure that all binary files are opened with the "b" option. A
Watford disk image is then processed as follows:
w62 watford.img ; produces watford.img%
bbcim -ed# watford.img
bbcim -ed# watford.img% ; DOS/Windows: use "%%"
bbcim crashes ungracefully if a BBC filename contains the character "/".
You'll have to manually edit the image with a hex editor to remedy this.
