Subject: illegal opcode 80 at 8023????

I'm having trouble running programs on the BBC emultor by Tom Seddon.      
After 'mounting' the required disk or programme sucessfully (I'think), the
program crashes when I try to run a file. I'm doing this by usig the
command,                                                                    
                                      
*RUN :0.$.RAID (for example)                                                
                                                                    
      									   
This producess the error message                                            

illegal opcode 80 at 8023'                                      
                   
and terminates the emulator. i'm using a pentium pro 200
and have tried using the emulator from within windows and outside, each time
with the same reult.            
                                                                  
also - where is the '\' key?                                                
                                                       
I'd appreciate any help i can get
