Subject: bbcim functions as a shared library

bbcim's functions can now be called from other programs (v 0.96-4 and
up). The makefile can make a shared lib for linux. For other os'es this
will probably need a little change (at least a change of name, in linux
it's libbbcim.so.1.0, so that would be libbbcim.dll or something for
dos/win).

Another improvement is that adding new disk formats is now relatively
easy (will be really easy in 0.97).

I think I will use this lib in a new version of bbccom.

This could also be used by emulators to read diskimages and write to
them (in case the 8271 isn't emulated, although it might be usable with
emulation too; I might have a look at the beebem code to see how the
8271 is emulated) or for native archive format support.

Anyone interested?

Wouter
