I am having a look at this - basically my biggest stumbling block at the
moment is forcing myself to write a DFS ROM. 

Also, if anyone has the tape version of ELITE xferred to the PC, can you
please email it to me. I have the tape version, but my real beeb refuses to
load anything off tape (this maybe due to the tapes being >10 years old).

As soon as I have a copy of --- ELITE --- the split screen emulation will be
complete. Lets be honest, the only reason to write a BBC Emulator is this one
great game!
