bbcim097 diskimage handling:

I will use the following format in bbcim 097:

Given a diskimage 'games' there's a info file 'games.dsk', a text file
containing:

	DFS DS 40 10 256
(counter suggestions??)

for a DFS DS 40 track 10 sector 256 byte per sector diskimage (just like
a .inf file for bbc files).
This makes handling file extraction etc a lot easier and conversion from
say DDOS to DFS for an emulator or whetever.
This would also be of use to emulators using diskimages as there's no
need to enter the disktype in environment variables (beebem) or
manually.

If there's no .dsk file, the default will be ss Acorn dfs 80 track
(40/80 doesn't really matter)

Functions to load files in memory for emulators will be added to bbcim
(0.97) too.
