Is it possible to format disk images in an emulator using the Watford 1.44
DFS, and if so what is the command.  ISTR using *FORM 40 for a 40-track
disk, but that doesn't seem to work.

If it is not possible using Watford 1.44 could someone please recommend a
DFS which can format disk images?
