The Advanced Users' Guide for the BBC micro has a fairly detailed memory
map, if I remember correctly.  I just didn't see it in your list of
references, so you should definitely try to get a hold on this one.

I could photocopy and mail you some pages from it if you're interested
in certain areas - I'll try and remember to bring it to work during this
week.
