Subject: TVX for CP/M (Need installation help)

Hello -

     I would appreciate hearing from someone as to the steps required
for installing TVX on a CP/M 2.2 Z80-based machine.

     I have the sources but am somewhat overwhelmed by the amount of
code and all the switches involved.  At one point I recall reading
that C/80 (Software Toolwork's C compiler) was capable of compiling
this thing but I seemed to have difficulties.
